超簡單做法:我用刨刀將馬鈴薯削皮後刨成馬鈴薯絲,接著用手把水份努力擠乾成上圖樣。接著把它們捏成一個個稍有厚度的圓形薯餅型狀(如下圖),再將鹽及胡椒粒混合後灑在兩面。最後在平底鍋上滴上少許沙拉油熱鍋,再將薯餅放上煎至兩面呈金黃色即可享用!
